I have created mobile template for a page. But the template is not showing in mobile device

Hi,
Please check if you have activated the mobile theme plugin, if yes, please disable it.
Also, please provide the link to your website and screenshots.
Also, please check this topic where I explained each mobile version -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-version-not-working-properly-2/ and choose what mobile version you want.
