I hope this was not asked already, i browsed through the forum but did not find it.
Basically, I do not want posts that appear on my slider, to appear in other blocks of the homepage below.
I found this in the newspaper theme forum: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/slider-in-category-page/#post-11753
I assumed it might be working for newsmag as well, but it does not appear to.

You can enable Unique articles feature for your page or use offset: https://forum.tagdiv.com/unique-articles-and-offset-newspaper/
The “Unique Articles” feature, when enabled, it only shows the posts once on the page, so the latest articles appear at the top of the page and the oldest at the bottom affecting the post from the latest art section also. If you have pagination unique articles doesn’t work.
Also there is an offset option in block settings, you have to use the same category when you set offset: http://screencast.com/t/YMlLBglBpZI
Or you can filter your articles using a different category for your blocks from block settings.
Please note also that the Big Grid is not a slider so the autoplay option for Big Slide(newspaper) wont work. You ca display Big Grid on category page from Theme Panel > Categories – http://screencast.com/t/EwKBk7z0T or do this for each category – http://screencast.com/t/yjAEDOCls

Actually I replied too quick 🙂 All articles that have two categories, now don’t appear on the front page! Did I do something wrong?

The code I placed in Ad Manager dissappeared a couple of times. I think both times, It happened after I have made changes on Homepage, but I am not sure that it had anything to do with the Ads dissappearing.

@andreaspom do you mean you have ads in Theme panel and after a while the ads disappear? Someone reported a similar case but we can’t replicate the bug. Thanks!
@mrpb if you use the unique article on you page, please make sure that missing posts are somewhere on the page, could be in mega menu if you use, or on the news ticker.

That is exactly what i mean. I place ads in the themevpanel, save and they show ok. If I then make any change in my homepage, the dissapear.
