I would like to know if Google Ad Manager (GAM) is treated the same way as Google Ad-sense with your Newspaper theme administration panel. I found this article for controlling Google Ad Sense and the devices the ads are seen on. https://forum.tagdiv.com/using-other-ads-non-adsense-ads/. Can we follow the same documentation for managing Ads coming from Google Ad Manager? Or do we need to treat the ads coming from GAM as non-Ad Sense ads?

If you do not use Adsense ads, then of course you can not use it as Adsense ads and you should configure them in order to display the ads to your website.
