You can use a license key for one single product. We’ve introduced the Manage License System, which can be seen in the 11.4.3 version of the theme in Newspaper -> My license. You can assign or unassign a domain from there. One can be used for staging and one for your live website.
According to Envato license terms, a theme can be used for a single end product (website):

We do not have any plan that allows you to use the theme on so many domains, please read the Envato terms where it is specified that a single license can be used on a single domain.
