When I click in the backend editor on the character of “Visuel Composer,” opens the website “http://vc.wpbakery.com/?utm_campaign=VCplugin_header&utm_source=vc_user&utm_medium=backend_editor”.
Where can I work in Visuel Composer?

See the theme docs on how to build home page.
You start a new page, and use the visual composer which loads automatically.
You add rows, and modules to a page, then that page can be set as your home page.
