I have been trying to import some demo page templates to the website, however whenever I click the add button, the screen gets struck at “Loading Templates” message. I have tried several methods, including purging of cache and reactivation of plugins, but none seems to work. Can you please assist about what the issue might be, and how to get it resolved?
Hey. I have the same problem today. I am after installing the latest version of the template. When entering Cloud Library, it also cannot import things (header, authors; posts, footer and others)

First you need to be sure that the theme is activate and the license key is assigned on domain -> https://i.imgur.com/hDepenC.png
If you have those settings, then please check the browser console, maybe you have some errors or restrictions.

I see that the errors are from vue modules. This can be from our theme or some extra plugins that are used.
