I purchased and applied the theme and it seems to be working, but when I go to the “my license” section under “newspaper” it says, no domain associated with your license key.
Not sure why is that, my current website should be visible under license there. Am I missing something?

Indeed normally the domain should be display there. Most of the time when it is not, it is do to a cache or object cache. Also in some situations can be from a security code or plugin.
