There is no Theme editor in Appearance

There is no Theme Editor option in Appearance so I cant not connect my AdSense account with theme. Its my first time usind adsense on this domain so I got new code by Google to paste it. Also Ive connect sitekit but there is only Dashboard option.

If the AdSense code needs to be set between head tags, this can be put in our theme in Theme Panel -> Analytics/Js Codes -> https://prnt.sc/10jk7fq -> https://infotechapb.com/disable-top-adsense-anchor-ads/
