There is no Theme editor in Appearance

There is no Theme Editor option in Appearance so I cant not connect my AdSense account with theme. Its my first time using AdSense on this domain so I got new code by Google to paste it. Also I’ve connect sitekit but there is only Dashboard option. If one can help me with, I will be very thankful 🙂 Cheers
