We have exported the City Pro news theme but see that all pages on the homepage open on a new tab. Not sure where to disable that. But post page links are opening on the same page.

It was showing on the local host. But in the line URL, it is fine. But I found another issue.
The below URL is accessible publically. Can I stop tdb_templates create a public URL and remove from the sitemap? What I want is this kind of URL won’t be accessible outside logged in users.

Those are the links to a cloud templates. A cloud template is a custom post type and in order to be used it must be public.
All you can do is not index them, for this you can use a seo plugin and check these options( Yoast SEO -> https://imgur.com/ApOXLWp).
