Hi Team,
I suppose it is impossible at this moment, but I would like to ask you if it is possible to display a thumbnail images for “Next and Previous Posts”. It is not so important elements, but it seems visitors can decide clicking by showing the thumbnail images for it. It is same as related posts or featured posts.
Please let me know if I can manage to do it so, and if not, please do consider to add this like “Display Next and Previous post thumbnail images” on Theme Panel > Post Setting > Post and Custom Post Types.

Unfortunately, for the Single Post Next and Prev you can’t display the images.
I will add this suggestion to our list.
