Create a third Post Format for Live

Hello
I need to create a third Post Format for live news, when an event is being covered live I want to highlight the featured image with a red border and display a blinking red dot on the image.

I want to create a third post format in the dashboard called live when selected will output the above using css on frontend.

Hello,

Unfortunately, there is no option to make this section for posts that contain a live video. This can possibly be done by a developer or maybe you can find a plugin that can do this for you.
