You can use a license key for one single product, so, each of your clients must have an individual key.
According to Envato license terms, a theme can be used for a single end product (website):

First of all, you had to buy a license for each client, that’s the terms. We cannot delete websites that use your license.
What I can suggest is to buy a new license for your project.

Anamaria please delete the previous key and give me the new one, I’m not able to use my to on my personal website and the other website isn’t in my access, otherwise, tell me the method to get a refund.
