Exchange Widget

Is there any reason to why the exchange widget displays Exchange API Error – Error Response from server, they key may be invalid.

I have signed up to get a free API Key, I have changed the API Key 3 times and all show the same error on the exchange widget. When you test the API Key on API Layer it runs the test and works.

Pasting the API Key in the required API Key Exchange Widget just doesn’t seem to work.

I have seen some common topics on this forum but no answers to why this is happening.

Any help would be appreciated.

I have tried that API as its just the same error.

I also noticed by making that page live when you open the link it just keeps reloaded over and over again.

Please check if you have a plugin conflict, and do a test with tagDiv plugins.
