The vertical (normal view) mobile mode works well. Both: in the editor and in real life on the phone.
Horizontal view is okay represented only in the editor: 
And when I look horizontally at the phone in real life, everything is ruined:
Also, for some reason I can’t edit the horizontal format – I change the values in the editor, but nothing happens in real life. In fact, everything looks ugly on a phone, but when in the editor it is all smooth and beautiful.

thank you, but it does not work 🙁 I tried incognito and other mobiles, it’s still the same. I worked on both viewpoints that you mentioned. Inside the Tagdiv composer it looks good, but on devices horizontal view is still bad.
Also, other pages don`t have such problem, it looks good. only the front page has this problem.
Btw, but I didn’t create the front page from beginning (I made it on another account and then copied the code and transferred it to new account. maybe it is the problem?

What I can recommend is to do a new mobile page template after the homepage of the website and see if the problem persist or not.
Also, please be sure that the cache plugin that you have is supporting mobile cache.
