How can I change FACEBOOK ID into the post page?

I can change my social media ID(facebook, twitter) into the main page.
When I click menu() and move, my social media ID is tagDiv.
How can I change to mine?

Hi,
If those socials are on a page, then you can edit it using tagDiv Composer, select the socials and change them with yours -> https://i.imgur.com/ANuvgYM.jpg -> https://i.imgur.com/pKhrrvC.jpg
Also those socials can be set in sidebar widgets -> https://i.imgur.com/dqFhBxH.png
