I would like to customize two blocks of the footer, the ones that show news and categories and be able to include custom links. I’ve been looking at how to do it from the widget but I can’t find a way to change this content, is there any way to change it?

Hello,
What you can do is to change the footer style https://i.imgur.com/OpTomax.png and from appearance > widgets set in footer 2 and 3 the elements you want to display.
