Problem with List Items & Table of Contents

Hi,

I am Satyajit, since few days content layout problem is showing in my website (https://tazahindi.com/). What I am facing, explain below one-by-one.

1) Table of Contents (TOC) are not showing the content in proper way. I mean, suppose I have created a Table of Content using some H2, H3 Heading. As per rule, it need to presenting as mentioned Below:
1. First Heading of H2
1.1.
1.2.
1.3.
and so on…

2. Second Heading of H2
2.1.
2.2.
2.3.
and so on…

But, unfortunately it is presenting without any proper alignment, I mean, all H3 heading showing in one line or two lines. What actually, I don’t want.

2) Besides above, all List items or bullet points are also showing inappropriate / wrong way. I mean, all list items are showing in one or two lines.

So, please tell me how to solve above problem, so that my post will presenting before people in a proper way and presentable manner.
