Menu not showing on mobile

Hi,

Running Newspaper 11.5.1 on this site of ours: https://www.globalafricanetwork.com/

Mobile menu not showing to users, mobile settings not showing in the theme panel even though both AMP and Tagdiv Mobile Plugin are installed.

Please advise.

Hi Anamaria,

Thanks but that is not the issue.

There is this error message “This version of the tagDiv Mobile Theme plugin is not supported by the current activated theme!
Please make sure you’ve updated the theme properly! ”

But we are running the latest version of the theme….

When activating the AMP plugin, which is recommended by tagDiv to run with the mobile tagDiv plugin, it says that the tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Cloud Library are causing 118+ validation errors.

Should we supress those plugins.

Please try to delete the plugin and reinstall it from Newspaper -> Plugins.

Hi,

We can take a look at this and investigate why it is not working for you. Contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the following:
– wp-admin url and credentials for staging
– a link to this topic in order to identify you
Also, during the investigation know that we will disable the other non tagDiv plugins.
