Is there are way to remove the “refresh cart” button and when the client is making changes, the cart will auto-refresh itself?
My store is in Bulgarian, that’s why i’ve removed some of the text and translated the button.

Our theme doesn’t have this option.
You can use a plugin or implement a hook https://woocommerce.com/document/using-auto-update-cart-for-woocommerce/
