I created too many sidebars and I need to do one of the following:
Either change the database reference of each single post from one sidebar (movies) to another (default). Please tell me how to do it
or
Copy the contents of one sidebar (all widgets) and paste them into each individual sidebar I created. That I don’t think is possible currently.
Ideally it would be nice to copy one sidebar to another.

You can save the entire sidebar and use it on other pages/posts.

Looks like it maybe thing what I am looking for. I don’t wanna build widget sidebar through a widget area, so I thought that there is an option to use a sidebar through tagdiv composer and save it and use it as a widget sidebar. And through your screenshot, it looks like this may be possible through inner row and save as new element options.
BUT… How you can get this “inner row” option? All i have is row, column, element, can’t get inner row option at all.

Maybe your row does not have an inner row, which is possible because you can create a sidebar like this:
1. Add 1 row (or existing one)
2. Split into 2 columns( 2/3 + 1/3 )
3. You can add whatever element you want into the second column and consider it a sidebar.
So, you can save the element. Right-click on the element and save it.
