Button colors

Hi,

Is there any way to customize buttons colors, mostly the hover one?
I’ve tried many things (standard Gutenberg button, Spectra one, even your old fashioned Classic one) and CSS (I’m not a developper) but the hover color remains “dark”.
Is there a reliable plugin you would recommend? Or some CSS for the Gutenberg buttons?

Hello @meri!

Unfortunately, there is no option for the hover color. Also, we did not test any extra plugin in order to change the hover color easily.
A workaround there could be to add a custom CSS code in the Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Custom code -> Custom CSS, Save changes:


.wp-block-button:not(.is-style-outline) .wp-block-button__link:hover {
background-color: red!important;}

You need to change only the color from the code above.
