Hi, on the WP dashboard Newspaper>Theme Panel
The theme panel (version: 11.5.1) is not saving.
Current demo installed: Chained News PRO
all settings with WP etc. seem to be ok

Hi,
I have seen such issues before, usually they are caused by various security or firewall settings from plugins or from the hosting provider. Or perhaps by plugin conflicts, or even insufficient space in the database.
We can take a look to see what we find in this case, I suggest sending us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and there please provide a link to the website and admin login. Also we may need cPanel access depending on where the investigation leads.
