Website Home page error

Good Evening my website isnt loading the CSS files for the home page. When i login to the website wp-admin i am able to view the page properly but when i logout and attempt to view the home page it shows as the image below. Also when i logout the website i am not able to view the slider but when i login i am able to see it.

can someone assist

Hello @Andel!

There is a plugin conflict or a cache issue(Siteground). Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache from your browser and try again.
