Personal Trainer – How do I turn off the Mega Menu drop down in the header menu?

On the Personal Trainer theme, how do I turn off the Mega Menu drop down feature for the blog? I want users to click ‘Blog’ and be taken directly to the blog; not be shown the large drop down images.

Edit the menu in the Appearance -> Menus, select “Blog” and select “Not mega menu”: https://prnt.sc/Rt9ea_my5hSH
