request for modal popup's trigger and question

I want you to add a trigger that fires at where modal popup element is placed.
Do you plan to develop this request content?

Does EXIT INTENT(※1) means CURSOR?
There is not CURSOR though document(※2) say triggers contain CURSOR.
Please update document.

1. Please provide more information about the trigger function you’re thinking about.

There are many triggers of Modal popup now.
ex. [BUTTON], [PAGE LOAD], [EXIT INTENT], [SCROLL]

I want you to add new trigger whose name is [ELEMENT LOADED]

If [ELEMENT LOADED] is enable, Modal popup will be loaded where the element is placed in TD composer.

Anyway, I want to let Modal popup load in any height of page.
