I’ve installed the theme, but somehow the header and menu are not showing.

Hello @sarahp!
I’ve checked your website and I can see your header and menu. Please install and activate the Newsletter plugin from Newspaper-> Plugins. You can edit and add a flex block instead of block 4. Or if you need block 4, then you also need to have the Standard Pack plugin(not recommended).
