Page loading for editing with tagdiv composer remains in an endless loop, before loading completes

Please let me know what version of the theme you have and WordPress.
Also, ensure this issue is not from caching tools or a plugin conflict. Please do a test only with tagDiv plugins. Please provide some screenshots or a video with your issues.

We just have the Newspaper TagDiv theme and plugins installed. The version is 11.5.1, with the original installation downloaded from Codecanyon.

Our system fits the requirements of the theme.
Activation had a problem, as shown in the attached screens.
After opening this ticket, we noticed this error message, which is why we reset the activation code, removed the theme and all installed plugins, redoing the procedure with a new theme installation (codecanyon file).
During this process, in the requirement of the plugins, on the fast start you website, there was an error in the ajax, requiring manual installation. Completed this phase and different from what happened, immediately, after the purchase, with the activation carried out successfully, in this new attempt, following all the steps mentioned above, there is an endless look, before the completion of the process, interrupting the activation.
