Cant create a Header bar like seen in an other website for reference Need help!!

Need to plant background and Page on that BG as the menu but we couldn’t figure out how to do it!!!
Thus need help in doing it so

We need Our header to look like this as in the prebuilt of metropolitan pro But our prebuiild is different yet we only need metropolitan kind of menu for our prebuilt, Hope we can make our menu bar look like that

Can I ask weather you guys do that for us because we actually tried it seeing the documentation and yet we are facing the issue.

Actually we have created menu but placed it there but all we need is to look at it like in the metropolitan theme , that’s it!
