After moving to a new hosting server I am unabke to access the cloud templates to make a new page or make changes either
Its always stuck on ” Loading Cloud Templates”
What do I do to fix this problem. I can make any modifcations to my production site
Now, I have seen many many people complaining about this issue. It would not be right to blame it on something else such as plugins. Its the theme that’s the problem, Not the other factors that is problem.
This was working okay when my site was in the other server, I did an exact clone.
I have also disabled all caches. This does not help either.
I think this is matter you guys need to look into. With so many people having this issue. It’s the theme thats no good. Not plugins. A good theme should work with everything.

This situation can be if the license key is not assigned to the domain, this can be checked in Newspaper > My license.
Please check it and let us know if this is assigned or not on the current domain where the clouds are not loading.

My licesning is showing as registed just fine. This is something I checked before messaging.

So the license is assigned to the right domain, but the cloud is stack, in this case I believe that there can be an error in the console when the cloud is called.
Can you do a full backup for the website and please contact us via email to investigate the situation?
