My website, http://www.amisun.com, is having problems where I cannot edit the pages on the backend. A web manager friend looked at it and believes that TagDiv and WP Bakery have somehow been intertwined on our pages to create a mixed development environment. I’m hoping someone with TagDiv can look at it and let me know if that is what’s happening and causing me to not be able to edit the pages and, if it is, how to fix it. Thank you!

If you are referring that you see only shortcode for the page in backend, then yes, this is because of the builders, when those are used the layout structure is based on shortcodes.
Also, a page that has been created with a builder it should be edited only with that builder.

Thank you for the information! Unfortunately, it appears that is the case with the website. Any idea of how to fix it once the damage is done without rebuilding pages?

Here’s a link to screenshots that I took today of the issues. The pages were built with WP Bakery. Somehow, before I took over the website maintenance, tagDiv also has been activated and certain things can be edited with WP Bakery and some with tagDiv and neither allows for visual editing anymore. The one where the page appears blank is where if you highlight the box it will show short code in white but it’s locked against editing and it’s in visual editor which shouldn’t be happening. I’d be happy to create a username for you so you can view the issues first-hand.

Indeed seems to be a strange situation, I saw in the screenshots that in some pages the tagDiv Composer is displayed and in ore one isn’t.
