Ukrainian language turning out as ??? on my website?

Refer to title. This is third place I’ve been referred to. Someone suggested that it may have been WPBakery that is causing the issue, but it is deactived and not in use. Only composer plugin I could find was tagDiv Composer plugin that I use for the Newspaper. Can anyone help out on this issue?

If I understand correctly, only the ukrainian language turned out in ???
Can you please check the posts in backend if there is ok, in case that the problem persist, please disable the tagDiv Composer and check it again.
Let me know the results!
