Location not showing on Newspaper 12 East Coast Theme

Hi I have placed the Google Maps API and it works when I complete a Services my directories entry on the front end using the inhaled form. https://loveholtbeta-2xromifqro.live-website.com/?tdtax_services=town-places
However when you come to view the page location and map do not show. Not sure what I am doing wrong.

Make sure the city is completed when you press submit and the location should appear.

It self populates the State and Country but will not allow me to input a City!!!
