Frontend changes not being saved in the pre-built website

So, I am using the pre-built website Blockchain Pro as a template. The changes made on the front end in terms of content are not saved. When I hit save, there are two messages on the top right,

1) Footer successfully saved.
2) Header successfully saved.

The third message of content successfully saved which I saw in some videos is not seen. I could change the menu from the backend, but anything that I change from the frontend is not saved. Written content, deleting block, deleting an image, nothing is getting saved.

Please help with a solution. TIA
