Mobile Horizontal Scrolling Elements on Tagdiv Builder Section

Good day sir/ma, I added services section to the about page. I noticed the page is long on mobile devices. So I thinking of making the services section scrollable to right for mobile devices instead of showing while users scroll down. Is this possible pls???
