I am looking to create a clone of the web site to one other server for development.
What you recommend to do?
Do you recommend to use the UpdraftPlus?
Or do it manually?

Yes. Or you can try to use the Duplicator plugin(tested version).

In most cases, we use the Duplicator. But, yes, I think you can use the Updraft too. Try and see which one works best for you.
