I bought Newspaper before and used it for my blog. This blog site no longer exist and I am planning to create a new site using Newspaper. Can I carry over the use of my license by deactivating my license from the previous site and use it with a new one? If there are other methods on what to do regarding this, please let me know. Thank you.

Yes, you can use the license for other website, but please remove the license and theme from that website.
