Back-ups

Hi – I am using the newspaper theme, with Opt-in Manager. Its great. I noticed that when using the Updraft plugin to migrate the site from the staging domain over to the production domain, some of the database tables were not migrated over.

I have also noticed this when I reverted to a back-up of the database, both iterations this time on the production environment.

The tables seem to relate to the Opt-in Manager.

Is this a known bug?

I didn’t make a note of the precise errors yesterday, but uninstalling and installing the Opt-in plugin seemed to work.

It could just be a problem with my install (its a very large db).

However, I would suggest testing Opt-in Manager with a couple of the more popular back-up/migration tools, such as Updraft. Some kind of migration/back-up tool is a prerequisite for a larger WP site.
