Please I can’t edit my theme element.
When I login as admin, what I see is different from what my visitors are seeing. Please I need urgent help

Hi,
This sounds like a caching issue. To be more specific, a caching that affects the backend as well, like object cache perhaps. But that would affect the whole theme panel, not just specific settings.
It could also happen due to a firewall or security setting, but if that was the case none of the settings would save. Or maybe it could happen if the database is running out of space, but that also would lead to none of the settings being saved at all.

None of these solved the issue, I have uninstall my cache plugins and clear everything, but nothing changed.
Please I need, because no new contents have been visible to my visitors for a while now, and I found out late. It’s been like 3days my new posts have not been showing to visitors, except if you login as admin.
