Is it Possible to make a HTML + CSS only page in NewsPaper theme ?
I a looking options to remove the Page Width restriction, and remvove Sidebar, remove Footer also maybe.
And code the Page in HTML and CSS ( CSS though can be added by Theme Panel).
Please help/Guide remove these Elements and How I only make a page in HTML

You can create a new page, where you can have no header and no footer -> https://i.imgur.com/yzFsQdv.png
You can delete elements from the page with right-click, or selecting the element and with drag & drop place into the deleting red zone from the bottom right of the page => https://i.imgur.com/vkQVCjn.jpg -> https://i.imgur.com/SSxLy2j.png
Also, if you want to add HTML code, you can use the element Raw HTML -> https://i.imgur.com/0nrj4FI.png
