Cloud theme issues with latest update

Hello, I have serious issues with a cloud theme turning every page into the same one (content) after I updated the theme and WordPress to latest version. I reversed to a back up, just need to know if you want to check on this because the only other choice I have is to make like 41 individual templates, which I think would be way too much. I was going to send you a ticket with credentials but the support button sent me straight to the forum. The template can be seen here: https://www.puertoplatadr.com/gov/

BTW, the site has version 12.0, please let me know how often you update the Cloud themes such as that one, if done at all.
