License Key stopped working

Hello, I just sent an email to contact@tagdiv.com

please urgently resolve this.

We have a website and a landing page:

http://www.lavis.at

studentlaundry.lavis.at

In the past this was ok with one key as it is one project.
Now for some reason, I do have two license keys purchased, but it is possible that both pages are associated to the same key.

The priority is lavis.at working immediately. Please feel free to temporarily disassociate studentlaundry.lavis.at if that resolves it.

I tried to reset the Registration key on wordpress (didnt change anything)

and also checked if WP Home URL andn WP Site URL are identical (they are)

I just tried to use one key for studentlaundry.lavis.at and one for lavis.at no luck.

Now I even went as far as buying a new License.
Still no luck. I am slightly shocked.

now I got it to work.

I first added a new purchase code.

then I reinstalled WordPress. Then it worked.
I would like a refund for that extra purchase code please. Thanks.

I then deactivated a few plugins and got it back to working but I find all this very worrysome.

Is TagDiv compatible with Rankmath?
