Category slug displaying incorrectly

Hi,

One of my child categories is displaying incorrectly. The parent category is ‘countries’ and the child category is ‘pakistan’. the slug is set to pakistan, but the link displays like this in the menu: https://www.shughal.com/categories/countries/16484-2/

When I visit the category page (by clicking through to a post, and clicking on a category tag), it takes me to a correctly formatted link: https://www.shughal.com/category/countries/pakistan/

Any ideas on what is causing the discrepancy between the two? I tried removing the page from the menu and re-adding it, and as I mentioned, the slug is set correctly.

Sometimes resaving the permalinks can help.

Also you cannot have a post, a page, and/or sub-category with same “name” so double check that, too.
