Hi there,
I updated the the Tag Div Newspaper theme to 12.1.1 and have been facing issues with the missing admin bar on the live site. After sometime, it came back and I could see the missing admin bar on the top.
Currently, my editors have complained that the tag div logo is appearing on the top bar. Despite clearing their cache and updating their profiles via WordPress, the logo still appears. Please advise how do we go about this?

Have you tried to see that this issue is not caused by a plugin conflict?
Usually, this issue is caused by a plugin conflict, please do a test using the theme plugins, clear all cache and see if the problem persists.
Also, purge/clear the cache.

I’ve noticed that only some users – admin and editors have that logo plastered on the top part.

I’m unable to activate the theme as it’s a live site. But when i preview the proposed Newspaper theme, it still appears on the backend for the role of the admin.https://imgur.com/a/bInfWt5
