It was working fine a few days ago when I installed this theme to my new site. Suddenly Tagdiv composer cannot work today and keep showing blank page.
I have tried everything:
1) Disable all plugins except for Newspapers
2) Delete tagDiv plugins (composer and cloud only) and reinstalled, and reactivated
3) reset my htaccess to just the basic for WordPress
4) Read your FAQ on composer problems and tried adding those additional lines to htaccess
Nothing works. Maybe I need to do a clean install to work.
I contacted my server tech support and we spent an hour troubleshooting and the following was the conclusion:
1) public_html/wp-admin/themes.php – this is causing stalled processes in my CPanel Resource Panel
2) Server tech commented to ask the Theme developer to relook into your code to kill the stalled processes.
Thanks, I will switch to another theme for now and will check back later when you have new updates if that would solve the problem.
