Hi,
Today I’m update my theme version to the latest 12.1.1 and after finish to update some error have come out from my header site. please refer the attachment and hope you can give advise how to solve my problem.

Please activated the tagDiv Cloud Library plugin and clear the cache.

Hi Anamaria,
the problem is the tagDiv Cloud Library plugin can’t be activated. please refer the link below. Already try to active by manual but the error show as per link no 3.

Hello,
Please disable the extra plugins, and try after to activate the plugin.
Also, please check the console; maybe you have an error like 403 or 404.
