Strange behaviour when using the Flex Loop Filters and Flex Loop Active Filters

I separated the “Flex Loop Filters” into different shortcodes and I’m noticing a strange behaviour in there and also in the “Flex Loop Active Filters List” shortcode.

The values inside the taxonomies are not correct (https://imgur.com/M2BpU3k before selecting one – and https://imgur.com/4EqJf26 after selecing one value. And selecting different ones will always duplicate the first selection);
