Dissaperaing header and Footer.

Hi, would anyone know the reason for the header and footer to keep appearing and dissapearing. I have tried hiding off and it still keeps doing it. This template looks cool but it’s full of bugs..

I settled for having just the website with a sticky header since the header on the mobile dissappears when I try to make it sticky as well. I have another issue. Could you please visit site on a mobile and click on the menu icon. It shows a page with links and social media icons. Would you be able to tell me where that page is, please? I’d need to edit such page. Thanks.. https://emprsario.com

Social media icons can be disabled/enabled by filling the fields Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Social Networks with the unique URL.
