Hello, we’ve added through TagDiv Composer the Single Post Comments. Everything seems ok through the Composer, through the Theme Panel, posts are activated at the end to allow comments, and it does not appear.
We are migrating an existing website and we’re editing the new one offline.
Posts with comments show the comments, but possibility of leaving a comment shows as “Comments are closed”. Posts with no comments, nothing appears, except the title of the Single Post Comments.
Please advise.

This happens because you have in settings > discussion check the box for automatically closed comments after a set numbers of days -> https://www.screencast.com/t/96CzDYJIrl please uncheck the box and save the settings, after that clear all cache and see if there is still a problem ( the “Comments are closed” text should disappear and comments will open again ).
