Can anyone help with social counter not counting.

Twitter and Pinterest counting YouTube and Facebook not counting. Have uninstalled and reinstalled composer and social counter multiple times, cleared cache etc, reset api key… just paid for support.. is this paid support?

Hi,

For YouTube, you need to set the YouTube API key, also you can set more YouTube Channels by simply adding more social counter elements and set in them the new YouTube Channel.
For Facebook, please make sure that this one is connected in the theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/ySbEQrT.png https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial-2/
